Dr. Han is a partner in our Litigation & Insolvency and Restructuring team in the Shanghai office. He has over 15 years of experience working in Asia and London and specialises in complex cross-border commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Dr. Han represents and assists international and Chinese companies, professional firms, financial institutions as well as private clients in resolving multi-jurisdictional disputes arising from financing and acquisition transactions, shareholder agreements, international trade, insurance, contentious trust, distressed fund and commercial fraud. He is also experienced in handling regulatory investigations, injunctions, jurisdiction disputes, enforcement and interim measures in support of arbitration and insolvencies. His current cases include commercial disputes and insolvency cases in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.

Dr. Han is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience in England and Wales and has been recently admitted in the British Virgin Islands. He is also qualified in the PRC and Australia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and an arbitrator in the Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC).

Prior to joining us, he was a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm and trained and qualified with Norton Rose Fulbright as a commercial litigator in London.
