Tom Fitzgerald is the Managing Director and Global Head of Trade & Working Capital Product Delivery at JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Tom has 25 years of experience in banking, always in a Strategy, Product Development or Technology Project Management capacity. He has managed the integration of four acquired companies and a dozen FinTech partnerships into JPMorgan, as well as three spinoffs. In one of the largest historic bank mergers (J.P. Morgan and BankOne) he managed integration of numerous businesses including global trade finance, commercial card services, prepaid, debit and government benefit card services. Has led the execution of major transformation programs for both global trade and commercial card services.
Tom has successfully led a number of innovation programs, including the development of the industry’s first Internet corporate payment product (for Chase in 1996), and the first US Dollar Bilateral SOFR rate loan to help lead the world’s transition away from LIBOR based interest rates (Oct 2019). He holds two United States patents covering emerging technologies and banking.
