Suhardiyoto is passionate about helping companies, institutions and governments adopt and embrace significant, lasting and measurable paradigm-shifting sustainability commitments, particularly related to climate change as well as commodity supply chains.
He has a fifteen years’ experience working in agricultural and rural development in Indonesia with activities in several other countries and include developing partnership with the private sector, state-owned enterprises, international corporations and multilateral donors in various project development.
His specific areas of expertise include plantation project development, supervision in the certification of sustainable plantation, implementation of good agricultural practices, social engagement and smallholders’ facilitation, and development of international markets for agricultural products.
Suhardiyoto have proven program management and implementation, strategy development, adoption of result-based management approach, and multi-stakeholder project development that involve local communities, district and provincial authorities, research institutions, consultants and non-governmental organizations.
He also have ten years’ experience in journalism with accumulated capabilities in research, knowledge management, report writing and editing skills in both English and bahasa Indonesia.
