Claire Thompson is Executive Vice President for Enterprise Partnerships at Mastercard.She is a financial services expert; having spent over 25 years in the industry in executive and board roles. She have led global teams in some of the world’s largest financial institutions across Europe and Asia at ABN AMRO, RBS, Standard Chartered, Mastercard, FIM and Moneycorp.
As a finance professional by training, She also held CFO positions for profitable global businesses with revenue streams of several billion dollars and managed all types of risk throughout her career and navigated businesses across multiple regulatory regimes.

A significant part of her career has also been spent in commercial roles within Transaction Banking and Enterprise Partnerships. She also have led large, global teams across sales, client implementation & service. More recently She built an embedded finance business unit, delivering financial services in platforms and applications.
She thrives in building businesses which solve real customer needs and utilise technology to produce slick digital experiences. She builds diverse, highly engaged teams, which are the lifeblood for innovation and the creation of sustainable businesses.
