Ama Thompson brings over 13 years of experience in the insurance sector. She started her career as a broking agent and later transitioned to the role of a claims manager. During her tenure at Hollard Broker Markets, Ama played a pivotal role in establishing Hollard Insurance Ghana as a preferred choice among brokers.
As the Reinsurance Manager, Ama demonstrated her expertise by successfully managing relationships across Africa, Asia, and the London Markets. She implemented innovative techniques that significantly improved retention for the organization. In her current position as an Underwriter at ATIDI, Ama seamlessly combines her skills in teamwork, communication, strategy, data analysis, and business awareness, specifically focusing on Trade Credit and Political Risks Insurance.
