Where do you see banking recruitment in the next 3 years, and what do you see as the main future global trends in the sector?
It is essential that our consultants are specialist and niche in their chosen areas of the market.
Globally, talent mobility is increasingly important as candidates and clients regularly re-locate.
Regulation will remain a high priority for Banks and ring-fencing will lead to significant project work.
What is changing in the banking recruitment market?
The market is becoming more and more driven by candidates so we focus on finding passive candidates then finding them their ideal role by introducing them to the market.
I am delighted to win this award, we grew our business by 22% during 2015 and we look forward to increasing our footprint even further in Banking during 2016.
